1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the StudioSpace Solutions website, booking a studio, or utilizing our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, as well as our Privacy Policy and Cookies Policy . If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.

2. Services Provided

StudioSpace Solutions offers fully equipped photo studio spaces for rent to photographers, videographers, artists, and other creative professionals. Our studios are available for various durations as specified during the booking process. Rental includes access to the booked studio space and standard equipment unless otherwise stated.

3. Booking and Reservations

3.1. Booking Process: All bookings must be made through our official website or designated booking channels. You will be required to provide accurate and complete information, including your name, contact details, and desired booking dates/times.
3.2. Availability: Studio availability is displayed in real-time on our website. We do not guarantee the availability of a specific studio or time slot until your booking is confirmed.
3.3. Confirmation: Upon successful booking and payment, you will receive a confirmation email containing your booking details, studio access instructions, and any relevant guidelines.
3.4. Studio Rules: Renters are responsible for ensuring all individuals within their booking group are aware of and adhere to StudioSpace Solutions' rules and regulations, which are provided upon booking confirmation and available below .

4. Payment Terms

4.1. Rental Fees: Rental fees are calculated based on the duration of the booking and the specific studio chosen. All applicable taxes and fees will be clearly itemized during the booking process.
4.2. Payment Methods: We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as indicated on our website. Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.
4.3. Security Deposit: In certain cases, a refundable security deposit may be required to cover potential damages or excess cleaning costs. This deposit will be processed upon booking and refunded within 7-10 business days after the rental period concludes, provided the studio is returned in satisfactory condition.
4.4. Late Fees: If a renter exceeds their booked time slot without prior arrangement and payment, late fees will apply at a rate of 1.5 times the standard hourly rate for each additional hour or portion thereof.

5. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation and rescheduling policy is as follows:
5.1. Cancellations by Renter:

• More than 7 days before booking: A full refund will be issued, minus a small administrative fee of 5%.
• Between 3 and 7 days before booking: A 50% refund will be issued.
• Less than 3 days before booking: No refund will be issued.

• Requests to reschedule must be made at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled booking time.
• Rescheduling is subject to studio availability and may incur a rescheduling fee of 10% of the rental cost.
• Only one reschedule per booking is permitted.

6. Use of Studios and Equipment

6.1. Permitted Use: Studios are rented for lawful purposes only. Any illegal activities conducted within the studios are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of the rental agreement and potential legal action.
6.2. Equipment: Standard equipment provided with the studio rental (e.g., lighting, backdrops, furniture) must be used with care. Any damage to equipment due to negligence, misuse, or failure to follow instructions will be charged to the renter at the cost of repair or replacement.
6.3. Studio Condition: Renters are expected to leave the studio in the same condition as they found it. This includes cleaning up any mess, disposing of trash properly, and returning furniture and equipment to their original locations. Excessive cleaning required due to renter's usage will incur additional charges.
6.4. Smoking and Vaping: Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside all studio spaces. Designated smoking areas, if available, will be clearly marked.
6.5. Pets: Pets are generally not allowed in the studios unless prior written consent has been obtained from StudioSpace Solutions management. If permitted, the renter is responsible for any damages or cleaning required due to the pet's presence.
6.6. Food and Beverages: While reasonable consumption of food and beverages is permitted, renters must ensure they do not stain or damage studio surfaces, equipment, or backdrops. Any spills or damage must be reported immediately.
6.7. Noise Levels: Renters must be mindful of noise levels to avoid disturbing neighboring studios or businesses.

Studio Rules and Regulations

To ensure a positive experience for all our clients, please adhere to the following rules:

• Respect the Space: Treat the studio and its contents with respect.
• Cleanliness: Leave the studio tidy. Use provided cleaning supplies for minor spills.
• Equipment Handling: Use all equipment as instructed. Report any malfunctions immediately.
• No Alterations: Do not make any permanent alterations to the studio space or its fixtures without explicit permission.
• Guest Conduct: Ensure all guests are aware of and comply with these rules.
• Exit Procedure: Vacate the studio promptly at the end of your booking period. Ensure all lights are off and doors are locked as per instructions.

Our team is available to assist with basic equipment setup.

7. Liability and Indemnification

7.1. Renter's Liability: You, the renter, assume full responsibility for any damage, loss, or injury that occurs to yourself, your guests, or your property during your studio rental period.
7.2. Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless StudioSpace Solutions, its owners, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in connection with your use of the studio or breach of these Terms and Conditions.
7.3. Studio's Liability: StudioSpace Solutions shall not be liable for any loss, theft, or damage to the renter's equipment, personal belongings, or any indirect or consequential damages, including loss of profits, arising from the use or inability to use the studio, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct on our part.
7.4. Insurance: Renters are strongly advised to obtain their own insurance coverage for their equipment, property, and any potential liabilities. StudioSpace Solutions does not provide insurance for renter's belongings.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

8.1. Renter's Content: You retain ownership of any intellectual property rights in the content you create within our studios. However, by using our services, you grant StudioSpace Solutions a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use images or videos captured in our studios for promotional purposes (e.g., on our website, social media, marketing materials), provided we credit you appropriately. You will be notified and have the opportunity to consent to such usage.
8.2. Studio Branding: All content, designs, logos, and intellectual property associated with StudioSpace Solutions are owned by us and may not be used without our express written consent.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which StudioSpace Solutions is registered. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of the aforementioned jurisdiction.

10. Modifications to Terms

StudioSpace Solutions reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised terms on our website. Your continued use of our services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
